All CLC orders ship from our fulfillment partner in the United States. You'll receive an order confirmation email when you order and a tracking link as soon as your package ships.
United States
- Regular (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Express (USPS Priority): 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Rates are based on order weight and are shown at checkout before you pay. US orders over the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout qualify for free shipping.
International
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and selected countries in Europe, Asia-Pacific and Oceania. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.
Customs and import fees: international orders ship from the USA and may be charged customs duties, import taxes or handling fees by your country's authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility. Orders refused because of these fees can't be refunded for shipping costs.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at clc20261@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.
